What is the current Sobeys employee login?
The current Sobeys employee login screen is hosted by SAP SuccessFactors. It welcomes users to the People Portal, asks for an Employee ID, and identifies the company as Sobeys. Start from the employee link provided by Sobeys rather than a third-party login form.
Why does the Sobeys login open a SuccessFactors page?
SAP SuccessFactors currently hosts the Sobeys People Portal sign-in screen. A SuccessFactors address is not unusual when it comes from the employee route supplied by Sobeys. Check the destination before entering work credentials.
What happens after several failed login attempts?
The current login screen warns that five failed attempts can lock the account. Its password assistant can reset a password, but it cannot unlock an account after lockout. The current page lists the Solution Centre at 1-877-425-1845 for technical difficulties.

Can a new Sobeys employee create a public account?
Do not assume there is a public self-registration form. Employee access is tied to the hiring and onboarding process. New hires should use the Employee ID, password, or setup instructions provided by their store, manager, recruiter, or HR contact.

What should I do if I do not know my Employee ID?
Check your onboarding email, hiring paperwork, or other workplace instructions first. If the Employee ID was not provided, ask your manager or HR contact. Do not use a Scene+ number or customer account number in its place.
What employee records are documented in the People Portal?
A 2021 Safeway rollout notice from UFCW Local 401 documented access to personal information, pay statements, T4 tax documents, employment verification letters, job postings, company courses, and some employment documents. The exact menu can differ by employee group.

Can every employee view a work schedule in People Portal?
No reliable public source reviewed for this site proves that People Portal manages schedules for every Sobeys employee. UFCW Local 401 reported in 2026 that Dayforce was being introduced for functions that can include scheduling in some operations. Follow the system used by your own store or employee group.
Is there a Sobeys employee mobile app?
Dayforce is being introduced for mobile employee functions in some Sobeys and Safeway operations, but public information does not confirm that every Sobeys employee in Canada has the same app access. Use the app or mobile instructions supplied by your workplace.
Can former employees still get pay statements and T4s?
Yes. The current SuccessFactors login page has a separate Former Employees section with a Continue option for pay and tax statements. Do not rely on an old employee login method when a current former-employee route is available.

Where can I find a Sobeys T4?
People Portal documentation has listed T4 income tax documents as an employee function. Former employees should use the current former-employee route shown on the login page. CRA My Account can also show a T4 after the employer sends the tax-slip information to the Canada Revenue Agency.

How do I find a Sobeys pay statement?
Sobeys People Portal material uses the term pay statement for payroll records employees can view or download. If a current statement is missing, follow the payroll or workplace support process for your employee group.

Do FreshCo employees always use the same login?
FreshCo is owned by Sobeys, but ownership alone does not prove that every FreshCo employee uses the same login route, credentials, or workforce system. Access can differ by banner, province, payroll group, or technology rollout. Use the employee instructions supplied by your workplace.
What is the difference between ESS, People Portal, SuccessFactors, and Dayforce?
ESS means Employee Self Service and is the older system referenced in a 2021 Safeway rollout. SAP SuccessFactors currently hosts the Sobeys People Portal login. Dayforce is a newer workforce system being introduced for some employee functions in some operations.
